I had several issues with a 2016 Colorado, that I bought from carmax. There was a recall and parts that were aftermarket, that we didn’t know about when we bought it. McLoughlin chevy’s service advisor Kels from carmax. There was a recall and parts that were aftermarket, that we didn’t know about when we bought it. McLoughlin chevy’s service advisor Kelsea Phipps, went above and beyond to get everything worked out with carmax, took car of the rental and made sure we were kept up dated on the progress! I would recommend them for service anytime! More

I was very satisfied with customer service experience I had with kelesa. Kelesa was very honest about the service and didn’t give me the run around. I worked with Adam Mixer for my recent purchase. He was a breath of fresh air! I went in by myself without my husband which already feels like there’s a target on my back but I was pleasantly surprised by th breath of fresh air! I knew what I wanted and what I was willing to pay as I was prepared for battle but it was nothing like my past experiences when purchasing a car. Adam was not pushy in any way and you could tell he cared more about your satisfaction than his paycheck. I would buy from Adam & McLoughlin Chevrolet again in a heartbeat! More

Once again Kelsea was amazing. We have a lot of trucks that have the seat belt mod and she was able to get us in and out quickly and efficiently. The overall experience was good. The only bump in the road was timing. I was told that the service would take around 2 hrs when scheduling. I came with my 1year old son to wait. After 2.5 hrs of waiting road was timing. I was told that the service would take around 2 hrs when scheduling. I came with my 1year old son to wait. After 2.5 hrs of waiting i asked how much longer as my toddler was getting too tired and they told me that might take all day. I would have appreciated this updated as soon as they found out as I would’ve planned accordingly and gotten a ride home way sooner. They did provide a rental car for that day so that was helpful. My first visit with my new car was to be a free maintenance plus oil change which did not happen due to te fact of where I bought the car. The person who was working with me was not able to honor maintenance plus oil change which did not happen due to te fact of where I bought the car. The person who was working with me was not able to honor that tho she tryed. Which I appreciated. Not happy with having to pay the $59.69 for first time for the experience of honoring the first maintenance for new 2020 malibu puchased from power chevrolet dealer. Kelley tried to help tho More
