She was honest, straightforward and very easy to deal with. She listened carefully to my concerns and issues and quickly followed up on all questions I had. Kelly did not hesitate to access the expertise of others at the dealership when needed. The process went much better than I expected. This dealership is very good and I can strongly recommend it to others for both sales and service. The service dept has always been very responsive and easy to work with. More
