I walked into the dealership expecting to be pushed into signing away on things I didn’t want or being told I had to purchase certain things. This was not my experience at all, not even in the slightest. I worked with Skyler Odle, Ralph Clough and Kelcey Przybyla. They were honest about my options and very relaxed. In fact, I had another family member with me and they were thrown off by how relaxed and pressure free it felt. It was my first experience for a car dealership and I will definitely be a returning customer. Highly recommend Amesbury Chevrolet for anyone who’s considering purchasing a car. If you’ve had bad experiences before and are worried that’s what you’ll deal with again, request Skyler Odle, Kelcey Przybyla or Ralph Clough. You won’t be disappointed. More

I appreciate the professionalism; graciousness, and demeanor of Wally McEvoy (Sales) and Kelcey Przybyla (Sales Manager) during the sales negotiations which were conducted in a gentlemanly manner, without drama and has to be the best experience I've had in reaching a vehicle sale that both sides ended with a handshake to seal the deal. Sean Belanger, Finance Manager was well prepared and quickly dispositioned what is traditionally a drawn out, stressful exercise.for the customer. Not so with this part of the sale.. And lastly is the friendliness and cheery disposition of Brittany Burton, Business Marketing Manager, who performed the followup to insure final arrangements for the delivery of the new truck went smoothly and on time. One of the best purchasing experiences I’ve ever had I have been on the market for a certified Yukon Denali for quite some time. Even though the vehicle I ended up purchasing wasn’t everything I wanted, I have been on the market for a certified Yukon Denali for quite some time. Even though the vehicle I ended up purchasing wasn’t everything I wanted, namely exterior and interior color choice, the deal was too good to pass up. Even though the dealership is a little small, their choices of pre-owned certified vehicles are pretty good. As soon as I came on the lot, Skyler has been courteous, honest, and a pleasure to deal with. Most salesmen can learn a lesson or two from this young Devil Dog. I will surely do business with Skyler or anyone from this establishment again. I can’t recommend them enough. More

We were so impressed with the customer service, pricing and how they worked with us. We walked out with a beautiful new vehicle. Kelsey was awesome. He helped us understand things and worked with our budget. Putting us in a new vehicle that is safe yet fun. Louie in finance was funny, professional and friendly. We have bought else where and that was not the case. Overall, our experience was great. I will highly suggest Skyler to my friends and family. More

Poor sales department I recently purchased my 5th and last vehicle from this dealership. I wouldn’t be writing this but I sent a survey and they didn’t even respond. After I recently purchased my 5th and last vehicle from this dealership. I wouldn’t be writing this but I sent a survey and they didn’t even respond. After everything was signed, the car registered and insured, they told us they made an error and we owed them more money. Then I get a call from the finance company saying the dealership didn’t supply all the paperwork and I needed to mail them a copy of my license and social security card. Then the dealer calls asking for the same info! Harassing me for it! No way will I be back. Sales lied to me and twisted around the value of my car. The service department has always been great but not sure I can trust them. A deal is a deal, but not with these guys. More
