Patricia, Jenifer and Kelby were incredible. I had not bought a vehicle in a really long time and Patricia made the process very seamless from beginning to end. It’s always a little nerve rack I had not bought a vehicle in a really long time and Patricia made the process very seamless from beginning to end. It’s always a little nerve racking when making such a big purchase but I left the dealership feeling great and now a few days later I still feel great. I will recommend Patricia to anybody looking for a vehicle. More

The primary reason for my visit was for routine maintenance on my 2023 Mazda CX-5. This was the 3rd mazda I purchased from Sport Mazda over the past several years. I am very satisfied with their s maintenance on my 2023 Mazda CX-5. This was the 3rd mazda I purchased from Sport Mazda over the past several years. I am very satisfied with their service. They do an excellent job of keeping me informed of their progress and the technician sends me a video inspection of my vehicle while it is in the service bay. Their thorough and knowledgeable about servicing their vehicles. As mentioned, I have purchased 3 Mazda vehicles since 2019. Each time, I traded in my vehicle for a "newer" vehicle. Overall I have been more than satisfied with the sales team and was alway treated as a valued customer. I alway felt that at Sport Mazda South I was treated with fairness and most importantly honest. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for my 4th attempt to purchase a new Mazda. Prior to going to Sport Mazda South, because my wife was not completely happy with our Mazda CX-5, we decided to look into switching to a 2024 CX-30 which she enjoyed driving much more. I researched Sport Mazda's website and located a vehicle I was sure myself and my wife would love It was a 2024 Mazda CX-30 with a MSRP of $34,470 discounted $3,280 to a sale price of $31,190. While at the dealership I explained to the sales person the vehicle I was interested in. He checked the inventory and told me they have one in stock and would work on the "numbers", including my trade in value. He came back with a vehicle price of $31,190 and a trade value of $20.000. I told him I felt the trade value was to low. My CX-5 was less than a year old in excellent condition with only 2,690 miles. He brought over his sales manager who wasn't able to do anything with the trade value. Mind you, on their website just providing basic information about the car, it showed a trade value between $20,000 to $24,000. They said they"ll see what they can and went to talk to I guess "their manager". I went over to the "now three of them" and asked the salesman if he could bring the vehicle around so we could look at it since we haven't had an opportunity to see it. (He didn't do that for us). Their manager told me they used the "wrong" price, since the sticker price is $34,470 but would honor the price they quoted and the most he could do was "maybe" $1,000 on the trade. I explained, when I traded in my Mazda CX-30 Preferred in 2023 to by the CX-5, I got over $25,000. He then started to give me the COVID-19 excuse to which I replied "hold on, COVID" was no longer an issue at that time. I'm beginning to feel this manager is not treating me like a valued customer, and just feed me a line of "you know what". He claimed I was already getting the vehicle for over $3,000 less because of their mistake (which was no mistake because its the advertised discount on their website), I told him how would I know that, I never saw the vehicle or its sticker". I was completely dissatisfied with this sales experience. The salesman and his sales manager tried to do their job but "their" manager was just not helping. Although I love Mazda vehicles I decided to not purchase another vehicle for South Mazda Dealership again. Obviously, since I purchased 3 Mazda's over the course of 5 years from South Mazda dealership this was "my go to" place for great vehicles, but nol longer. Time to find another dealer. More
