I have purchased my car here in 2013, and have had it serviced only here. Keith has been my service agent since day one. It's wonderful to feel taken care of and heard. one of the main reason i have bought 4 Kias from Jim Butler is because of the great service and attention that i receive form Keith. He is a pleasure in an otherwise usually careless occupation. I had and oil problem with my 2020 Telluride starting in April of 2023. ( the engine was burning oil) I struggled to get anything accomplished with getting it fixed until the winter of 2023 and then Jim but April of 2023. ( the engine was burning oil) I struggled to get anything accomplished with getting it fixed until the winter of 2023 and then Jim butler had my car for 2.5 months and I just got it back May 3rd 2024 with some engine valve replacements. The next day after getting it back I noticed it had hail damage on the hood and the roof. ( there had been 2 major hail storms in the St. Louis area recently so I was not shocked). But the deal ship said NOTHING about the damage!! So strange!! Then I called and they didn’t even act shocked, barely said anything and definitely didn’t apologize!! The worst Service Ever! More

Didn't answer the phone or return messages. Had to physically go to the dealership to make appointments. Then told they'd need the cars longer to complete service that they promised would be done. Total disappointment. More
