Keith Sutton always does a great job of servicing our Kia. In and out in with a full service that I trust was done right. I ask that my front wipers be looked at and they did. Did not replace, but clea Kia. In and out in with a full service that I trust was done right. I ask that my front wipers be looked at and they did. Did not replace, but cleaned both front wipers of grease and road grime. How many service departments would have done that? Most would have replaced. Jim Butler is the place to go. More

Love the dealership but the service department is difficult to work with. It is not the people but the system of having one person assigned. This person is the only person who can tell you about yo difficult to work with. It is not the people but the system of having one person assigned. This person is the only person who can tell you about your car. It is hard to make an appointment. The on-line system doesnt work, so you have to email. Sometimes you hear back and sometimes you dont. Last time I brought my car in for a recall, oil change and emissions. The dashboard got broke in the shop. Then the spedometer had to be reset. They drove the car for 100's of miles and left it on empty. My car was there over a week. More
