I am new to Tucson and wasn't sure where to go to purchase a used car. Someone told me about Royal Kia so I went there first and was glad I did. I ended up buying a fantastic used car that fit me and my budget. And one great benefit was the Forever Warranty I got with the car! Luis Torres was a great salesman who treated me with respect and answered the many questions I had. Kevin Cravo, General Sales Manager and Keith Pratt, Sales Manager, were both very helpful. My wife and I worked with Christopher Ty and Keith Pratt. They were wonderful! All our questions were answered, if the answer wasn't known, research was done to get it so we were happy. Each time we arriv They were wonderful! All our questions were answered, if the answer wasn't known, research was done to get it so we were happy. Each time we arrived at the dealership we were greeted immediately in a friendly manner as if we were family. Trading in our vehicle wasn't a conflict at all. We were treated fairly and respectfully.
