I stopped in several different times at this dealership. I was in the market for a specific vehicle, and they said that one was being delivered to the dealership the following Monday. Rude, did not even call warranty first. Worst customer service. Saying “your warranty probably will not cover it.” I Asked them to call warranty and was asked if they should order the part Worst customer service. I get a call back stating “I guess warranty is covering.” Rude and unprofessional and disrespectful. I was told at first they would not look into my vehicle until 12/21 and it was 11/25. I said they gave me a rent and was rudely told “I’m surprised they gave you a rental.” I have had nothing but issues since I bought my car brand new from them. I would not buy from them again. More
