I grew up in Kansas City, MO and now live in Overland Park. In 1998, I started bringing my family vehicles to Rob Sight for service. Rob and his staff always treated me well. In March 2008, I joined the Rob Sight team as a salesman. I am proud to say that I am recognized as a top performer in Ford's national Employee Excellence program. I strive to make sure my customers are comfortable throughout their buying experience and that their questions are answered and their concerns addressed. Purchasing a vehicle has historically been one of my least favorite tasks. I must say the team at Rob Sight Ford made it less difficult and less stressful. Keith Koenigsdorf and Rich Poe were availabl least favorite tasks. I must say the team at Rob Sight Ford made it less difficult and less stressful. Keith Koenigsdorf and Rich Poe were available when we needed them and patient when we needed time to think and consider options. Also, Richard Schwegert, the Finance Manger gave outstanding service by promptly completing our paperwork and explaining options. I highly recommend Rob Sight Ford if you are considering a new Ford purchase, you won't find a better team anywhere. More

My overall buying experience at Rob Sight Ford was excellent. It was my first time buying a new car and my sales consultant was very helpful throughout the entire process. I had gone to other dealerships when initially searching for a car, but once I got to Rob Sight Ford I felt much more comfortable since there was not the pushy salesperson, fast-talking service that I had experienced at the other dealerships. Sometimes when you go into a dealer, they bug the heck out of you and try to send you out the door that day with a car. Not so dealing with Keith Koeningsdorf at Rob Sight Ford. Answered all our questio out of you and try to send you out the door that day with a car. Not so dealing with Keith Koeningsdorf at Rob Sight Ford. Answered all our questions, did not pester us, let us drive several of the models we were looking at so we could make an informed decision. When it came time to buy, got a great price (no hasseling or playing games), he found our car (color/options we wanted), brought it in quickly, did a great job going over all the fancy Ford touch stuff and got us out the door. The finance manager did not hound us to heck about adding on other items (paint protection, extended warranty / etc. Just told us what they had availabe and the cost, he also made this a non hassle experience. So if you want good information, no hype, straight pricing and the option to check out the models, I would highly recommend this dealer and if you want talk to Keith, he was a straight shooter. More
