The internet department (Kayla Baldwin) is the reason I visited Fred Anderson Toyota. She spoke with me over the phone and later emailed a video of the truck. The video sold me. Richard Covington: No Pressure - Just Guidance Richard was so very helpful when I visited the dealership mid-July to purchase a RAV4 Hybrid XSE. I told him exactly what I wanted based on my resear Richard was so very helpful when I visited the dealership mid-July to purchase a RAV4 Hybrid XSE. I told him exactly what I wanted based on my research and he didn't try to sell me anything else. On our test drive, Richard explained all the vehicle's accessories and had me ready to sign fairly quickly.
