If we are talking about the oil change it was an excellent experience. If we are speaking of the warranty repair that's where I am disappointed. While the oil change was done quickly a sign needs to be put out so customers know oil changes have moved to the other end of the building I was in line 45 minutes before the shop opened only to be told go put out so customers know oil changes have moved to the other end of the building I was in line 45 minutes before the shop opened only to be told go to the other end of the building and get in the back of the line! And the WiFi at the oil service center end of the building is terrible along with the furniture in the waiting area More
