Every person there is always customer first , pleasant, and they genuinely care about the satisfaction of the customer . The process is a well oiled machine and the experience makes you feel like a down home homecoming to see some of your closest friends. The only way this happens is having great leadership, quality people, and a loving work culture. I highly recommend your product but the people are the real treasure. We just bought our new Mercedes Benz C 300 from Mercedes Benz of Raleigh and thanks to Katie for making the process extremely smooth for us.
