From the person that greets you a I am writing this review of the Mercedes Benz New Orleans dealership to highlight the exceptional staff and service. From the person that greets you at your car to the person assisting with the loaner car, smiles and friendliness abound. Due to the fact that most of the clients are dropping their vehicles off first thing in the morning, it is a pleasant way to start the day. The coffee machine is a nice touch as well! :) I especially enjoy talking with Mohammad (Assistant Manager of Customer Service) he always goes beyond what is expected to ensure that the client's needs are met. There is a camera so you can watch your car being worked on. The loaner department has an employee who has a smile even through the phone. Her name is Alex Taylor and she can solve any problem or direct you to who can. My service member is Katie and she is absolutely terrific. Disney World is always clean with very helpful employees hence my reference. More

She had the problem diagnosed and had me out of there in a beautiful loaner within minutes. This was all on a Saturday afternoon and my car will be ready on Monday. Can't imagin better expert service and always with a beautiful smile and cheerful disposition. Mr. Benson, you are lucky to have Katie. Thanks again. PS My salesman, Ernie Debus, is always there for me. He works closely with Katie for me, guides me, advises me, teaches me and directs me. He has done that for me and my family since the first day I ever met him when I was starting to look at new cars.
