Katherine Nunn hit it out of the park!!! On Sunday, my 2014 Kia Soul+ died while in the area. 24 hours later, I was driving off the lot in a brand new 2020 Kia Soul S! I don't have the best c On Sunday, my 2014 Kia Soul+ died while in the area. 24 hours later, I was driving off the lot in a brand new 2020 Kia Soul S! I don't have the best credit (rebuilding from divorce), nor did I have a great trade-in, and I thought I was going to end up with a used car, but Katherine did all she could do to get me into a brand new car that will give me years more road life, with the bells and whistles I really wanted in an upgrade! I was shocked it worked out so much better than I was expecting, and I still have to pinch myself when I see my new car. From front to back, the experience (primarily online) was smooth, with only a bit of waiting for Finance at the dealership (they were down to just Chris Turner that evening), which was understandable and acceptable. I cannot recommend the team at Jim Ellis Kia enough, and will definitely send any other Kia friends their way in the future! More

Best deal around! Shopping for a new Kia Rio S, I visited three different Kia dealerships (Athens, Gainsville and Kennesaw) asking for their best price. Though all three dealerships treated me kindly, Jim Ellis Kia was the only one to exceed my price expectations. Also, Katherine Nunn, my salesperson, is one of the friendliest people you'll come across. With three more kids who will soon be driving, I have no problem giving Jim Ellis continued business! More

Responsive and pricing is good....almost. I contacted them about a 2019 KIA Soul EV they have. They advertised a very good price on the car, so I had them work up some lease numbers. They were higher than the other dealer I was working with, so I wanted to see a breakdown. $1295 Jim Ellis Package, which includes window tint (not legal in my state), exterior and interior protection. Seeing I am 4 hours away from them, this package is worthless to me. Then the $699 doc fee. So that added $2,000 back onto the price of the car. No wonder the lease number did not add up to what the other dealer quoted. If you do not mind paying for things you do not want and high doc fees, then they are very good to deal with, albeit a bit lazy. No phones, all by text. That is VERY unprofessional and lacks the personal touch. More
