If I could rate zero stars I would. I bought a used car from this dealership and Im not a complainer, but from the rude sales manager (Dain Carlson) to the salesman (Karl Peterson) promising things he could not deliver and brakes issues they didn't want to fix that were identified during purchase. I've already reported them to USAA car buying service and they have been flagged within their network. More

Perfect experience! Super group of folks working at Crown, all very nice. Went to Crown to purchase our daughter's BMW and ended up leaving with her BMW and my Jaguar. I recently took my XK8 on a llong trip from Florida to New York. Along the way I noticed the rear window just opened without being signaled to open. I called Crown Jaguar where I purchased the car and asked for Karen Kavanaugh,or Karl Petersen she was not available but called me back within minutes and told me how to fix the problem by restting the windows. A few minutes later Karl called with the same information.I am so happy that I chose to buy from this dealership Crown Jaguar. Thank you again. More
