So friendly and honest, when she didn't know the answer to a question I had she went above and beyond to answer me with 100% accuracy. That is the kind of service you want! Buying a car is a huge commitment, but having the support and guidance that Jessica provided made it all a wonderful experience. Moving on to the finance with Karl Jiram was also a wonderful experience. He was so helpful, knowledgable and most of all patient. Made me feel like I was making the best decision for me and working together with Jessica I knew I had a great support team. Good experience at Jim Ellis VW We were in the market for a larger vehicle to accommodate our growing family and ultimately decided on a VW Atlas because it met our needs. Rachel patiently showed us all of the features on the showroom Atlas model and answered questions during our first visit. She then followed up to schedule a test drive at a time that was convenient for us. When we came for the test drive appointment, she was gracious enough to do two separate test drives so that me or my husband could stay behind with the baby. Her patience, willingness to work with our schedule, and follow ups far outranked the sales experience that we had at other dealerships. More
