At a time where inventory is running low we were finding other dealerships charging more and not willing to work with us. Our experience with Karisa was not this way, immediately she apologized and promise other dealerships charging more and not willing to work with us. Our experience with Karisa was not this way, immediately she apologized and promised a great experience. She delivered on that promise and we drove away in the car we loved and paid a fair price. The personal service we received was like no other new car buying experience. We were showed around and introduced to people and we know who to call if something goes awry or when we are only needing regular service. We will be back, Ed Martin Nissan is a wonderful dealership and Karisa was knowledgeable about the car, all of the features and helpful above and beyond what we expected. More
