2013 Kia Soul I've been searching online since last summer for a car. I have never test drove a Kia before. When I was searching the Beaverton Kia website I asked t I've been searching online since last summer for a car. I have never test drove a Kia before. When I was searching the Beaverton Kia website I asked to get more information on another car. I ended up passing on the other car, but Krisi Bumbar sent me an e-mail from Joe Garwood to look at two cars; one being the 2013 Kia Soul. My experience was good over all. I surprised Joe by just coming by so he could have someone take a look at my 2003 Jeep Liberty, but he was with another customer. I ended up working with Adel. I can say that Adel was very polite and respectable towards me. He worked with me so I could test drive the Soal and answered my questions. I ended up walking away from the car because I felt like he was trying to convince me when we were going over the price and the breakdown after my trade-in. Before I walked out the door Joe came over and apologized because the rate he gave me via e-mail wasn't what Adel was trying to sell it for. The communication broke down between them. I ended up getting the 2013 Kia Soul the next day (2/1/15) after going home and reviewing my budget. I would encourage the sales team not to try so hard when a customer says no they can't go with that price. Don't try convincing so much. Work with them, but don't push so much. When I came back the next day I was speaking with Marcel the sales manager because Joe was busy. I asked Marcel if I would be able to take the car to my mechanic to look it over and he said even when the car has bumper to bumper warranty left on it. I said yes. When Marcel, Adel and myself were outside at the car I asked if I could have the back bumper touched up and I explained my concern with leaving it the way it was. Marcel said he would have to order the color paint, but he could have them do that. I finally made it back to handle the paperwork with Karen Voss and that is when I found out that Marcel was wrong, that the car didn't have bumper to bumper warranty on it still. It only had limited warranty. I am not sure if Marcel even followed through with ordering the paint color of my car to do the bumper. That I will have to call and ask. Again, I would train the sales staff on what is the correct information. Karen was very nice and helped me with the rest of my questions. She was able to get me down to the rate I could pay each month. Even with the bumps in the road, I like the Kia Soul. Thank you! More

Very rewarding! By far, the most understanding dealership you can have. When you walk in you need to talk to Joe Garwood...but you better have a good case haha. I had an amazing experience, the best salesman and also a great person to be around. I had a complex situation for over 2 months, however I drove out with a vehicle that I wanted to. My biggest compliment to Mr. Garwood would probably be his communication! Karen, Taj, as well as Gary were awesome to work with as well. Not only am I looking to keep my vehicle for a very long time but am willing to go back for oil changes (and hopefully a newer vehicle too). Thanks for everything guys, I am happy! More

Wow! Absolutely Outstanding Experience! When I walked in to the Beaverton Kia Dealership to take a peek at a new 2015 Kia Sorento, I had no idea that I would receive the best car buying expe When I walked in to the Beaverton Kia Dealership to take a peek at a new 2015 Kia Sorento, I had no idea that I would receive the best car buying experience in my 40 years of car buying! There was no pretention, no back and forth between cars, pricing or financing. I knew what I wanted and was taken to it! The Sales Consultant Tim Phares listened to me, shared insightful and useful information regarding the vehicle itself, showed me everything on the inside and outside as well as explained then showed me how each feature worked The last new vehicle I purchased at another dealership had all the bells and whistles however to this day I didn’t know what half of them did nor where they were located. The purchase process itself was seamless – I barely even had time for a cup of coffee and a couple of Christmas cookies that I was offered while waiting! I thank the entire team at Beaverton Kia and offer a special thanks to Tim Phares who provided me with outstanding customer service and a level of comfort that will bring me back to this dealership as well as refer my family and friends. Gina's no pressure approach left me with a feeling of total satisfaction. I also appreciated the fact Gina went the extra mile to answer all my questions which helped me to make the right selection. I love Tim!!!!!! I did not plan on buying a car. I just wanted to sit in one to see if the seat was comfortable and then go on craigslist. My brother and I walked in r I did not plan on buying a car. I just wanted to sit in one to see if the seat was comfortable and then go on craigslist. My brother and I walked in right pass another salesman and up popped Tim. How lucky was I? He was a great fit. He just wanted me to love the car. We drove a new one and it was okay but out of my price range. He brought us a slightly used one(in perfect condition). It was even better! I love my car!!!! I felt I could totally trust him. And my brother who buys cars at the car auction and said we would never get one from a dealer was sold. He said"Aren't you glad we walked pass that other guy? Tim was perfect." I can't say enough about what a great experience I had. I just want to go hug him again. This is the best car I have ever had! That's saying a lot for an almost 60yr old lady. More
