Recall and First Service I brought in my 2015 Legacy for the Eyesight recall and 6000 mile service. Professional Service Got roof racks installed on my 2014 Subaru. Staff was helpful in showing me the roof racks and helping me decide if our current Yakima system would wo Got roof racks installed on my 2014 Subaru. Staff was helpful in showing me the roof racks and helping me decide if our current Yakima system would work on the racks. They also waived my service fee and only charged me for the roof racks. Only complaint would be that I didn't want a wash but it was sent out for a wash so I ended up waiting longer than expected. But the staff is always very helpful and professional. I appreciate the fee waiver and the patient working with me as I decided how to move forward. More

First Rate Service! I brought my Subaru Legacy in for service in July 2015. The customer service representatives are unfailingly polite. They needed to order parts, and I brought my Subaru Legacy in for service in July 2015. The customer service representatives are unfailingly polite. They needed to order parts, and I needed to come back for a second appointment. They kept me apprised of the cost of the parts and they arranged for the second appointment as soon as the parts came in. I get the best service from Cityside Subaru. More
