After the sale, I have to say that Kory Hooks himself contacted me & displayed a level of integrity that I haven’t witnessed with most businesses or business owners. He was determined to make everything right. He asked me to bring it in so that his service team could look at & evaluate a fix to the problem. I agreed to it & his team did a great job in locating the problem & doing a fix right then rather than having to drive back from Ft. Worth. As far as I can tell at this point, the issue has been resolved. Thank you to Kory Hooks & Rick Featherington for ganging up & getting this taken care of.
