Crestview is my dealership of choice for Cadillac. This is my 4th Caddy and the last 2 were with Kara Sacks. We spend the winters in Florida and this time a 36 month lease end would fall within the ti This is my 4th Caddy and the last 2 were with Kara Sacks. We spend the winters in Florida and this time a 36 month lease end would fall within the time frame in Florida. So, Kara worked with manager to offer 39 month which works perfect. The only exterior and interior colors that I prefer, Kara found it. Kara, Brandon and management work well together and appreciate their honesty and help. More

There were having technical difficulties with the paperwork and instead of aborting the electronic system which they could not get to work, they continued to try for two and a half hours, wasting a l paperwork and instead of aborting the electronic system which they could not get to work, they continued to try for two and a half hours, wasting a lot of my and Kara’s time. If the process doesn’t work in a specific amount of time they need to switch back to paper (which is what they had to do eventually. It took over 3 hours for something that should have taken a half hour to an hour max. Not a good reflection, it worries me going forward . More

A bit disappointed, the gas pedal, brake and footrest were dirty, No cloth wipe for for the infotainment center (previous car came with). Lease payment on documents was not as communicated when vehicl were dirty, No cloth wipe for for the infotainment center (previous car came with). Lease payment on documents was not as communicated when vehicle selected. Lease paperwork had to be redone. Just seemed a bit sloppy. Pat was extremely helpful in educating me on the features of the vehicle. More

I have worked with Kara for many years. The only issue I had was it took an inordinate amount of time (2 hours) with the dealer rep and two On-Star reps in the car trying to get On-Star t The only issue I had was it took an inordinate amount of time (2 hours) with the dealer rep and two On-Star reps in the car trying to get On-Star to understand that we picked up two vehicles on this date. I still was not able to confirm that my two 2020 vehicles were removed and the two 2024 vehicles were added. More
