The only problem I had is that we were informed that the
only extra fee was the dealer fee at $899. After we drove 1.5 hours one way, we learned that the "certification fee" was another $995, which was a to

Through previous email, texts and calls, this was never told to me. Had we not driven so far, we likely would have walked out at that point. Apparently the "certified" sticker had been removed by the manager to show the car at another dealership, and was not put back on, leading the salesman to be unaware that it was certified and required the extra almost $1k fee. In addition, the salesman seemed to have to defer all questions about what was included in the fee to his manager, as he said it was something "new". Everything else about the process was wonderful, the managers were super nice, and we tried to be understanding. However the extra charge should really have been disclosed when I first asked about fees. I even requested for them to consider even a partial credit of the fee (or the price of the truck), but that was shot down.
Less than a week into having the truck, the electronic braking system is showing as needing service. Will bring it in for local service.
