I felt taken advantage of. I was very serious about buying a certain car and even went so far as to get pre approved for a loan. The appraisal to trade my car was not even clos I was very serious about buying a certain car and even went so far as to get pre approved for a loan. The appraisal to trade my car was not even close to what another dealership offered me. And they were very unwilling to face me to negotiate. VERY POOR ETHICS More
