I had seen a price advertised for a lease with monthly payment and upfront payment that was quite different than I was quoted. I never got a fully satisfying answer about why this was. It seemed all deal payment and upfront payment that was quite different than I was quoted. I never got a fully satisfying answer about why this was. It seemed all dealers in the area had their reasons it wasn't possible to obtain the deal. And once was clear that no other dealer was going to honor the advertised pricing - I bought the car from Granite Subaru since they are closest to me. No other real reason. The closing process just added on another level of pain - but I was worn down and bought the offered "enhancements" which did seem like good to have items - but I had not factored that into my budget. It was just irritating to see a further increase in the price. Then to top off - there was some issue with the payment transaction being duplicated and for several days my account was in the negative. It did finally get fixed but just raised the stress level over the entire process. More

The price for the new car was reasonable and my trade-allowance was better than I expected. I am very glad to have found Granite Subaru, and even though it isn't the closest dealership to my house, I think it's the best and the one I'll keep recommending. More
