I had an excellent experience at Honda of Lisle. Kabir greeted me right away, he was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Kabir and Yasser worked very hard to put a fair deal together. Asim (Fi Kabir greeted me right away, he was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Kabir and Yasser worked very hard to put a fair deal together. Asim (Finance Director) was also very friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I would buy another Honda from this dealership! More

Kabir has helped me buy 2 cars and is kind, and explains everything thoroughly. He even came in on his day off to help me! The dealership physical space is cold and the bathroom was dirty. Happy and friendly but not empowered. There is a typical "absent 3rd party" tactic and the finance guy selling you extra high-margin stuff. Bake you in your seat tactics too. This is why I bought my 4 prior vehicles from Carmax. Alas, I couldn't do that this time. I appreciate the support and communication. The opportunity lies in process. Beyond what I mentioned above, if I order $2500 worth of accessories, why are some put on prior to delivery and others require I leave the vehicle with you for days? Consider delivering what I ordered and paid for, indeed prepaid for.............My time is valuable. Please respect it. More
