plan on spending a week and getting scammed! asked for a 5.7, tried to scam me into a 3.6l for the same price.... the place is completely chaotic! the one salesman that was working was soooo bu asked for a 5.7, tried to scam me into a 3.6l for the same price.... the place is completely chaotic! the one salesman that was working was soooo busy helping many people at once that we sat there for hours while a group of about 9 other sales people just hung out at the reception desk the whole time! they make you get your insurance first before finding out numbers/prices, and again... you have to wait for hoursssss to do that. and the woman/girl who handles the insurance was sooo rude!!! she acted like everything she had to do was a bother and was on her personal phone the whole time we sat there as she rolled her eyes, smacked her gum, and yelled in spanish behind us. we were soooo uncomfortable!! finally after 5 hours we got to sit down with the finance guy... he was ok... just ok. the salesman was very nice, for the 2 seconds we got to see him. we didnt actually get to see the car until we drove it home! had no idea how it drove or what it looked like until after we signed the papers!!! they were too busy to get it for us! we saw one like it in the showroom, but not the actual one. this place is a hot mess! you def wont get one on one service. a joke! hopefully the car is good and we NEVER have to go back there! More
