It was my first time every buying a car and I just It was my first time every buying a car and I just bought a 2021 Hyundai Sonata and with KJ helping me it was an unreal experience! He helped with everything that I needed and was just overall an 11/10 experience with him! Everyone else there was also very helpful and so kind and made sure that I was always happy! Awesome people all around. More then willing to help out in every way they could. Kj EI Kadri was very helpful with getting us what we wanted. Brandon Baron was always on top of answering all question and g in every way they could. Kj EI Kadri was very helpful with getting us what we wanted. Brandon Baron was always on top of answering all question and getting information as fast as possible no matter how much he had on his plate. Clint the financial man is amazing to work with super nice and always trying to make things to suite you. One more thumbs up to the manager Jamal he was excellent and willing to take turns to make us happy. Highly recommend these guys. More

Brandon and KJ were awesome!!! I had no intention of trading in my 2017 because I thought I would be paying a much higher car payment. I'm glad I went in. I was able to get the 2020 Sante Fe which I l trading in my 2017 because I thought I would be paying a much higher car payment. I'm glad I went in. I was able to get the 2020 Sante Fe which I love so much already!!! I was able to get a great deal with the trade in. No beating around the bush from Brandon or KJ. Great salesmen and I really enjoyed working with them! Thanks More

My salesperson, KJ El Kadri, was amazing to deal with from start to finish. From the moment he met me at the door, he went above and beyond to make sure the entire process went smoothly for me. He answered my endless questions and made me feel comfortable with all my decisions. When I picked up my vehicle, it was raining, so he offered me a complimentary car wash and even gave me special cleaner for the exterior. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, so thank you very much KJ and Finch Hyundai. More

Breaking 3 promises without apology Bought a car, and there was something wrong with key fob so after work, I went there to meet a KJ. He told me to come next day at 5:30 pm. I went ther Bought a car, and there was something wrong with key fob so after work, I went there to meet a KJ. He told me to come next day at 5:30 pm. I went there next day, HE WENT HOME. Next meeting, he said he will get me a loaner car and book me at 6pm or so. next day I went there, and maintenance department was closed. He actually booked me after service hour and I asked a lady who works there and she said LOANER CAR WAS NEVER BOOKED. After he made 3 excuses, he finally got me a loaner car. Never got an apology from them. My family member bought an another car from Hyundai 2 weeks ago. I refereed my family member but the dealer denied the REFERRAL REWARD because KJ does not work there any longer. The REFERRAL REWARD is offered by Finch Hyundai, NOT byTHE DEALER. THIS IS awful. More
