my Toyota Venza had a safety recall and Evans got me right in, replaced the item exactly as quoted, and the personnel were all so friendly and helpful. Great waiting area was so comfortable - I was def right in, replaced the item exactly as quoted, and the personnel were all so friendly and helpful. Not happy We had appointment at 9am to have our 2019 Rav 4 checked for the recall for bad engine blocks,was told it would take about 2 hours,said they would cal We had appointment at 9am to have our 2019 Rav 4 checked for the recall for bad engine blocks,was told it would take about 2 hours,said they would call as soon as it was done,and at 4 pm they called and said it was done,,,I asked them why did it take so long,their answer was Jerry;whoever he is was being a dick head,,so our RAV4 got put on the back burner,putting other people ahead of us,,,,they couldn’t give me an answer why other than Jerry was being a dick head,,,,,,our Question ;was the work really done on our rav 4:::::::should we take it to another dealer to have it checked out,,,,,,,,why wasn’t we called to tell us why it was taking so long,,,,,,,,,,I just don’t like being treated like we are nobody,,,,,,,thank you and would love to get a respond from you guys,,,,,,,,,,,,,,the Brocks More

Came in for oil change due to vehicle warning and tire rotation. Service indicated vehicle did not need oil change yet as it was running with synthetic oil. Tires were rotated. I mentioned I heard noise f rotation. Service indicated vehicle did not need oil change yet as it was running with synthetic oil. Tires were rotated. I mentioned I heard noise from left front. Service writer rated car before and after the tire rotation. He believed noise moved with the tire and after driving I agree. Tires are ready for change so will get new tires and make sure that fixes the noise issue. Quick service with excellent communication with the service writer. More

SERVICE EVENT on OCTOBER 29, 2019 I came in to have four tires replaced. The tires were mounted, balance and a alignment was completed in less time than what I was told. YEA!! I dealt with service, specifically with Justin Winters. He even helped me up from the very low (but comfortable) lounge chair!! More

Oil change and pesky low tire light I needed a routine oil change but have been getting a low tire pressure warning light on despite acceptable pressures. So it turns out to be coming fr I needed a routine oil change but have been getting a low tire pressure warning light on despite acceptable pressures. So it turns out to be coming from the spare. Since it is a recurring issue they checked the spare and found a slow leak. Glad to resolve it! I always feel welcome and comfortable at Evans. My questions are always answered. It’s a great team! More
