I actually looked at a Hyundai back in March of 2023 while visiting with my Mother who was in the hospital in Roanoke. My daughter and I said up front we were just looking at the time, but Tracy spent a while visiting with my Mother who was in the hospital in Roanoke. My daughter and I said up front we were just looking at the time, but Tracy spent a lot of time showing us the Palisade and letting us test drive the one I liked. And I was so pleased I almost bought it then. I came back to buy another Palisade from her (11/11/2023) and had a wonderful experience. I think it says a lot that although I grew up in Lexington, VA I live in South Carolina about 5 hours away, and yet came back to buy from Tracy. More
