Called and made an appointment. Showed up on time for the appointment, to be told that I had no appointment. I left my vehicle to wait and get it in for its service, which took 5. It took 2 and a half hours for a oil change after having a appointment. Then the service guy said I need new tires on a brand new suv with 27k miles. I knew there was no way after I just got my car inspecte a appointment. Then the service guy said I need new tires on a brand new suv with 27k miles. I knew there was no way after I just got my car inspected a month ago and I tires were still good. I left the dealership went to a tire place and asked them to check my tires. Thank goodness I did my Tires were a 6 30 seconds. But the advisor said they were a 4. Seems like they wanted to get money and lie about it. Poor customer service all around. More

I took my vehicle in to get the O2 sensor in bank 1 replaced. Upon pick up the check engine light remained on even though they said they fixed the issue. They scanned it again and said it read “pending replaced. Upon pick up the check engine light remained on even though they said they fixed the issue. They scanned it again and said it read “pending code” and that it would take more time to figure out the issue. Owner took vehicle come and tan the code again with a reader and it read the same code (P2251) for the O2 sensor. When taking it to another mechanic shop it was found that the o2 sensor was missing a ground connector and that the mechanics at capital Hyundai in Jacksonville did not fix the issue and zip tied parts together. Very disappointed in their efforts. Will not be bringing the vehicle back. More
