Here I am 15 months later from buying a used vehicle from here and the transmission has to already be replaced and the ball joints. I have never towed anything, went off roading or dogged this truck. They sold me a piece of xxxx and I will never do business here again. I don't recommend this place at all and will used my platform to make sure anyone who asks about this place is steered far away. This has been by far my best experience with purchasing a car. As soon as I inquired about one, and explained I live several hours away, Justin went out of his way to take a detailed video of the car. That i car. That in itself made me turn down a car local to me and make the drive. Then, since I have a rough work schedule, Justin worked around when I could come out to see it in person and got me a spot the next day. When we got there, he talked the car over very well, showed me how certain things worked, and kept up a very fun conversation while I test drove it. I immediately wanted to buy it and he walked me through the paperwork so helpfully. I kept the office so late getting everything finished, and Justin and the team were so upbeat and helpful the entire time. I’ve had it a week now and he has checked in four different times to make sure it’s still going well. I’ve never had someone care so much. Usually after I buy a car, I’m totally ghosted by the dealership. This was such a welcome surprise and it makes me feel confident that he sells good, quality cars which he puts his name behind. The car itself is excellent. I couldn’t be happier. I will 100% be a repeat customer. More

We just bought a 2023 GMC Sierra 1500 from Jimmy Britt Chevrolet Buick GMC. This was a very positive experience. We were most impressed that when we raised a couple of concerns to the dealership management, all that could be done was done to satisfy our requests. They were absolutely great folks to work with especially senior management/ownership. I want to give a special "shout out" to salesman Justin Smith. He was helpful and professional in every way. Justin undertook an almost two month exercise to get us the truck we wanted and he kept us updated throughout the wait and the purchase process.
