By far the best dealership experience I’ve had! Waited a month to write my review, just so I can evaluate the entire process (ie going to a dealership, purchasing a vehicle and coming back after a Waited a month to write my review, just so I can evaluate the entire process (ie going to a dealership, purchasing a vehicle and coming back after a month for a check up). First, Scott Wendling was my point person. He was personable in communicating with me and patient with me while I decided how I wanted to go forward with my purchase (my process was 9 hours). His team was just as amazing, providing all the details needed in order for me to make an educated decision. Following up after a month to get my car checked, Scott and his team (Armando and Justin) remembered my name and provided the same exceptional service. There’s a reason I drive three hours to get to this dealership. It’s apparent that they value the customer experience, teamwork and making sure the customer leave not just with a good deal but happy. It was terrible communication. Got calls from 2 different people yo drop of vehicle on different dates. I took off to drop of vehicle last Thursday. There was no apology. Instead justin was extremely arrogant, disrespectful and blaming us for it. He knew exact issue what happened but never accepted and put blame on us. Worst experience ever. I would be skeptical To use service again. More
