Great We arrived at Gaudin Ford and were greeted immediately by Sergio, he was friendly and very helpful, he made our shopping experience very easy and fun! DECEIT, MISREPRESENTATION AND BREECH OF PROMISE There was DECEIT and MISREPRESENTATION. I was told my trade in vehicle would go to Auction; IT WAS NOT AND I SAW IT BACK ON THE LOT. BIG DIFFERENC There was DECEIT and MISREPRESENTATION. I was told my trade in vehicle would go to Auction; IT WAS NOT AND I SAW IT BACK ON THE LOT. BIG DIFFERENCE IN TRADE IN AMOUNT. MY VEHICLE WAS ALSO SOLD, AS I WAS TOLD, WITHOUT TITLE TRANSFER; NO TITLE WAS EVER ISSUED FROM MY CREDITOR. I NOW HAVE NO CAR, NO PRIOR LOAN PAID OFF AND DEFAULT ON MY CREDIT. HOW CAN YOU SELL A CAR WITHOUT THE TITLE. BREECH OF PROMISES. 1. Frank Mooradian , sales manager at Gaudin Ford, promised, upon learning what Igor Kragen (sales agent of record) did with his deceit and misrepresentation promised to pay $442.00 for 60,000 mile maintenance work as per marketing offer. He said Friday Feb 15th. I have not recieved it. 2. Vario Dimitri, top sales floor manager, when confronted with what his sales agent Igor Kragen did, made a $1000.00 compensatory offer. He stated I was given $442.00 for service work done credit. He, Vario Dimitri, would give $1000.00 further trade in allowance IN ADDITION TO THE $442.00 WHICH WAS TO COVER VEHICLE MAINTENANCE THEY, GAUDIN WOULD NOT HAVE TO DO. I have not received the $1000.00 additional as promised. As of today I have DECEIT MISREPRESENTATION BREECH OF PROMISES × 2 A TRADE IN VEHICLE SOLD WITHOUT A TITLE NOR COMPENSATION TO MY CREDITOR. More

Excellent Customer Service I just bought a Ford Fusion at Gaudin Ford about 10 days ago. Alejandra and Rachelle, the customer service representatives that assisted me did an ex I just bought a Ford Fusion at Gaudin Ford about 10 days ago. Alejandra and Rachelle, the customer service representatives that assisted me did an excellent job. They were very knowledgeable about the car, and assisted me greatly every step of the way. I had some tough questions about how the car works because it's a hybrid, and it has new technology. They continued to help me throughout the process of me getting adjusted to how the car works, and the detailed paperwork. The Ford Fusion is like a dream to drive. It's got everything you could want a car to have. These new cars are so much more interactive in assisting, and making sure of a good driving experience. I would highly recommend Gaudin Ford to anyone who likes five star customer service, and excellent automobiles. More

2 new vehicles purchased from Mr. Lazo A few weeks before Christmas we visited Gaudin Ford to look at Mustangs. I saw a left over 2013 Mustang GT I was interested in. Mr. Lazo explained t A few weeks before Christmas we visited Gaudin Ford to look at Mustangs. I saw a left over 2013 Mustang GT I was interested in. Mr. Lazo explained the features of the car and never applied pressure to close the deal that I have experienced at other dealers. I left the dealer ship and went back the next day and purchased it from Julio Lazo. Mr. Lazo took care of me and does excellent after the sale care of his customers. About 5 months later I was interested in another vehicle and Mr. Lazo was my sales person. Everything at Gaudin Ford goes well. They care about me and strive to have me purchase the vehicle I want, not what they are supposed to push. I had the oil changed and everyone in the oil change are is polite. The car is returned clean. They hold a class once a month for new owners explaining and answering questions about the vehicle and the dealership. I am impressed with Gaudin Ford and recommend them. More

I had a great experience at Gaudin Ford. I was very upside-down on my trade, and I was skeptical I would be able to get financed with so much negative equity. But they made it work and got me into the upside-down on my trade, and I was skeptical I would be able to get financed with so much negative equity. But they made it work and got me into the car I wanted with only a $7.00/month increase in my payment. Also, there was a minor paint defect on the new car, which they fixed right away and paid for my rental car for the three days it was in the body shop. Tanner (my salesperson) even made sure to be there when I picked up the car from the body shop to make sure it was acceptable. The customer service was great and they never made me feel bad about my financial situation. I would definitely recommend Gaudin Ford and hopefully I will be making another purchase there in a few years! I am active duty military, so I don't know if I'll still be in the local area when it's time to trade in my car. But if I'm still here, I will definitely go to Gaudin Ford. I've bought several cars in my life, and this was one of the best experiences I've had. More

Greeted by Sherman. Sherman allowed me to test drive a Explorer, Edge, and Escape. Guys showed me payment options they gave me time to make a sound decesion. Kenny and Jacob helped with fiance. Trouble with alternator, sales and service dept repaired and gave me rental car while my SUV was in service. Pat bought me a coke from the vending machine with money from his own pocket. I am very pleased with all I had contact with and looking forward to enjoying my new ride!!! More
