Got just the car I wanted I was very impressed with the friendliness at the dealership. Everyone has been great. Amy listened carefully to all my must haves and when they could I was very impressed with the friendliness at the dealership. Everyone has been great. Amy listened carefully to all my must haves and when they couldn't all be met with stock on hand, followed up with exactly what I wanted from another dealership. Her quick response time got me in the Mazda I really wanted instead of my second choice. Justin in finance was very easy to talk to and make all the options understood. I enjoyed working with him. Great Customer Experience I was impressed with the organization of Morrie's Mazda as a whole. Arich was the salesperson I worked with but when it came to a question regarding f I was impressed with the organization of Morrie's Mazda as a whole. Arich was the salesperson I worked with but when it came to a question regarding finance or structuring he was able to get me in touch with Barb or Charlie immediately to answer my questions. I felt like everyone was working together well, which is not always the case with car dealerships. It helped me to reach a decision more quickly, and definitely made me feel more confident about a purchase. More

Mike's the man I met Mike O two years ago when buying my first new car. After being at a couple of dealerships and working with people who were clearly in desperati I met Mike O two years ago when buying my first new car. After being at a couple of dealerships and working with people who were clearly in desperation to get a sale, I walked in to Morrie's Mazda and ran into Mike. He went above and beyond showing me the car I thought I might like, and turned it into my dream car that I love and cherish today. Beyond the features, speed, handling, and overall owner rewards, Mike was the most un-annoying sales guy that really let me call the shots, but matched me with a car that was Ying to my Yang. In the last couple of years, I have bought or leased 4 cars from him, as well as recommended him to my mother, boyfriend, and brother who all drove out with a Mazda they cherished as well. In one experience, I had been in an accident and needed a car fast. Mike was the first person I called when I was ready to get back on the road, and without hesitation, he had pulled the perfect car for me, brand spanking new, off the shipping truck the second it came into the dealership, drove it out to my house, and I was sold in seconds when it rolled into my driveway. The next day when I got to the dealership, it was sitting up front, shiny from being through detail and inspection, ready to go for me. This sales and service team goes beyond providing you with a piece of metal on wheels. They match you with the exact quality and price that is within your means and provides you with a car of which to be proud. Any time I, or someone I know, has needed a car, we go straight to Mike because I know they're going to love their car as much as their experience buying or leasing it. Every time I walk into the dealership I feel respected and provided for, which is far more than I would ever expect feeling from buying a car, or in this case seven :) More

Paperwork process was easy and fast Justin made the paperwork process for the deal on my car easy, fun, and fast. Overall he was just awesome and GREAT!!! Also Curt Bjorklund was just awesome, we bought our first vehicle with him a year and a half ago and decided to come back and work with him again for the second time and he managed to put me in a newer car than what i expected to leave with. Mike is a car guy's dealer! Mike helped with my previous Mazda lease 6 years ago, and my purchase 3 years ago, so it was an absolute necessity to go see him again about another Mike helped with my previous Mazda lease 6 years ago, and my purchase 3 years ago, so it was an absolute necessity to go see him again about another Mazda. After all, I have purchased, leased, and driven 3 Infiniti FX35s, a Mazda CX9 (that I still own at my home in AZ), a Ford Edge Sport, and a host of other "winter driver" SUVs, including Acura MDX, Ford Excursion, Lincoln Navigator, and a few Suburbans. Price was less of a concern than getting the right "next" vehicle, but when Mike had me test drive a 2014 CX9 to compare with my 2008 CX9, PLUS came up with the best price, I was sold. Again. And, he even found me a red CX9, since that seems to be my color! While I was waiting we looked at a few Ferraris, and he arranged a test drive of one of those too! Minimal hassle, minimal waiting, excellent staff, and an unbeatable experience overall. My new car is great also; my wife loves it! More

2012 Camaro Awesome experience. They really do, "Sell Happy" and want you to "Buy Happy" as they were all smiling and extremely helpful. Sales rep, Gerardo, rig Awesome experience. Sales rep, Gerardo, right up front said he doesn't work on commission and that he was there to help me-he did. Financing was super easy and quick with Justin who also helped us with a warranty. Andrew took care of a situation with the car so that I was extremely comfortable buying it. They were super polite and very helpful with everything. They really listened to our needs and worked with our family to make the purchase happen. My son is ecstatic and so am I. Happy for the opportunity to recommend this dealership. Laura and Justin More

I bought a 2012 Speed3 from Morrie's Mazda in May of 2012, despite living 1.5 hours away from the dealer (they are my closest Mazda dealer). I have no major complaints about the buying process. Immediately after buying I noticed some minor but very annoying problems with the car. I wrote them all down, set up a service appointment, booked a hotel room, and took a day off of work to get the repairs done. I carefully explained the problems and situation to multiple service employees prior to making the trip. Long story short, they didn't fix even one of the issues I had. Not only did I waste a ton of time, money, and frustration, my brand new car still shoots gasoline out of the fill port all over the side evey time I fill up. My salesman, Justin, had the nerve to tell me that gasoline spilling all over my car isn't a problem, and that I could just continue wrapping the nozzle with paper towels. I made several calls to a manager who never returned them. I tried going through Mazda, which was no help. Honestly, after what happened I can't imagine ever setting foot inside that dealer again, even though the remaining problems that need fixing instill an animal rage within me. They ruined the entire new car experience for me. After they had my money, they had absolutley no interest taking care of me or my car, even though it was and still is under warranty. Please save yourself the frustrations I had. More
