My husband and I brought in our two cars to get our oil changes on a Saturday afternoon. Overall quick and easy experience, they even took care of my husband’s recall. Dealer experience was professional. One pushback would be that the current repair that is being worked through should have been resolved before vehicle was listed. I now need to make trips to the dealer to first, point out that there is an issue with the front end and secondly that I am spending time and money and having the inconvenience of not having a newly purchased vehicle. Beyond that the crew at Gary Rome Kia is being very helpful to this point. More
