I live 200 miles away and was only going to be in St. Louis for one day. Braden very effectively used email to work around our schedule. He found the color of Escape I really liked and helped us to trade in our old vehicle and purchase the new one. Everything went quickly and smoothly! Steve Lower is the type of sale person that I enjoy working with. He did not pressure me into anything. He didn't have any specific type of car or truck that had to be sold this week. He let me look, and then he answered my questions. At the time of the purchase, he was very patient and helpful in showing me many of the new features in the Escape I selected. The finance team was helpful in completing the necessary paperwork that allowed me to lease the Escape (this is my first time leasing a car). I will recommend Sunset Ford to friends and family when they are looking for a new car or truck. More
