If you want to buy a car quick and dont care about the final cost then yes, this is a good dealership to get it from. Misleading ads, Junk DEALER FEE ADD ONs, "dealer warranty" add on, and increased higher interest rates. They may have cheap cars online but when you get down to financing or final numbers they add $1295 in dealer fees, $4,000-$6,000 so called dealer warranty, and try to sell you on a higher interest rate which they make additional points and money on and cost you more too. I said i would like the best offer they could give me and no junk fees. The final numbers were close to 20% higher than they advertise online. I didnt want an additional warranty and then they tell you the 1295 is for an outside and inside protection from dings and scratches that they put on but every charge that is TAXABLE IS NEGOTIABLE. They came back and said they could knock the 1295 down to 995 only $300 lower but I didn't want this so called protection on the vehicle as well. They pulled my credit first and sent to 13 banks and credit unions. I have 815-835 credit scores with all 3 bureaus. They said Capital one was the best rate at 8.8%. I went to 3 other dealers all pulled credit some had similar junk fees but others didn't. Another dealer that gave me the best deal up front gave me a rate of 6.94% and that was from hmmmm no other than Capital one. They make money off increasing interest rates with points. They also sold cars before they had pictures anywhere online and before they even received the vehicles but how does that happen? Don't fall for this bait and switch tactic. They're nice people but fall into the same category as shady car sales dealership. Ended up getting a nicer car, lower miles, no fees besides state and local taxes and registration fees, and much lower rate closer to 30% lower. Dealer fees and interest rates are negotiable and are only a pure profit center for additional $$$. Long story but I ended up buying from another dealer. Highline may have the cheapest model cars on the market but there's reasons why they do and they make additional money in other areas that more than make up for it and cost higher than others out there. The total cost of ownership was $8,745 higher than what I ended up getting. More
