Phone person needs to be kinder and work more with the custo Saturday I had called to get an oil change on my Jeep. The person who I spoke with was not helpful y’all. Her words were I cannot answer that questi Saturday I had called to get an oil change on my Jeep. The person who I spoke with was not helpful y’all. Her words were I cannot answer that question. I had asked if they had time to do an oil change her response was I cannot answer that. I asked if I could have it back that day. Again I cannot answer that. Why have someone who cannot look at a schedule and tell someone yea or no. Asked to be transferred to someone who could let us know. Again she was not able to do that. She asked if she could have someone call me back I said sure an hour went by no phone call. So drove over had Justin as a service advisor which he was awesome. It only to oil chang about a half hour. If I didn’t show up I probably would not of Houma oil changed that day and hard for me to get in there during the work week because of work. Great job Justin. Not so Great Coleen. More

I WOULD LIKE TO TALK TO SOMEONE I would like to talk to someone. I did not have a problem with the service center on 2/12/2019. I t was the next day that I had an incident.
