Went to dealership with hopes of getting a new lease. I was met by salesperson Justin Hoffman who greeted me with a handshake and smile and proceeded to not only get me a new lease he also upgraded the car was met by salesperson Justin Hoffman who greeted me with a handshake and smile and proceeded to not only get me a new lease he also upgraded the car for less than my original lease. We had a wonderful experience at Crown Hyundai with Our salesman, Justin Hoffman. Being from out-of-town, we expected long, laborious negotiations and lots of red tape, as our previous experience at a Hyu salesman, Justin Hoffman. Being from out-of-town, we expected long, laborious negotiations and lots of red tape, as our previous experience at a Hyundai dealership in Ohio. Not so. Justin gave us a fair quote immediately, and was flexible and fair throughout the process of valuing our trade-in, financing, and assisting with out-of state taxes and registration. We hope to shop at Crown next time we need a car. More

My service agent Olivier Celestin is great! He goes the extra mile to make sure my car is attended to properly and get's me out before the time he promised. He even had my car washed when they return it t extra mile to make sure my car is attended to properly and get's me out before the time he promised.
