Thomas & his team went above and beyond on my dream NSX! I was on the fence about getting a new NSX and Paragon is my local Acura dealer. I was preparing to visit every Acura dealer in the Tri State área and fight for the best price on the best looking NSX that I could find! I never thought in a million years that my local dealer would have had the exact car that I wanted and came down the exact price that I wanted! Thomas & his team couldn’t have done a better job during my sale. I had every random request and question that you can think of and they answered every single one! I have regained faith in buying cars again and working with dealer. This a top notch team with the absolute best price and inventory in the country! Believe I called every dealer I could find on google and no one could beat Paragons service and price! Do your self a favor and at least test drive the NSX any time that you’re considering an Acura! More

It had some pretty big scuff Mark's on the back drivers side. We asked that they be removed. Alex brought it to recon and when it came back it lightened slightly. We told him that we would take it back to Maine and have our body shop do it. We asked that they cover $75.00. The sales mgr said no. He expected us to pay for it ourselves and then he implied that I was a liar. He acted just like one of those car sales managers you would come across in the 80's. Very snarky. The salesperson followed us out and tried to speak to us but there was no way that I would give my money to the manager. Eventually the manager came out to my car and gave us an apology and agreed. I told him how I felt about him and his childish behavior. He kicked us off his property. Last I knew. He didn't own the dealership. I feel bad for Alex. It's too bad that a manager would hurt a salespersons ability to earn money. More

It took a 5 minute phone call, an email and less than an hour in the dealership to drive away with my new MDX, which I love!! I would highly recommend Tom at Paragon Acura! The first vehicle I leased from this dealer was a 2016 Acura tlx 2.4 tech package, after t This is the second vehicle I purchase from this dealership. The first vehicle I leased from this dealer was a 2016 Acura tlx 2.4 tech package, after trying to haggle pricing they would not budge and I gave in anyway, big mistake..2500 down payment and I still had a 600 monthly note, it was my first time purchasing a car alone, I was younger and knew i had bad credit and let them use it against me. Now I return to try and get a deal on a new car, they tell me I won’t have to pay my last 8 months and only pay 1000 upfront. Cool, paid the 1000 upfront signed and left, again I let them take advantage of me for a second time. The 5500 that was left for those 8 months was tacked onto the price of the car for a whopping monthly payment of 670 a month, for a 2018 BASE TLX 2.4, a cheaper car than my 2016 2.4 tech but now I’m paying more money per month, where’s the deal? The sale amount on my paperwork for this vehicle is $43,xxx, it wasn’t until next day that I’m looking at my paperwork that I was just sold a base model vehicle for almost 9000 DOLLARS OVER STICKER. WOW. IDK what I was thinking agreeing to this ridiculous deal. Please if you go here do not let these people take advantage of you. More
