I came back to Sears Imports after buying from two other luxury vehicle dealerships over the last 9 years. (Land Rover and Tesla.) I had purchased cars from Sears for a number of years before that. Our salesperson Ben was extremely knowledgeable about everything from the cars, the technology, financials and even the competition. He was personable, extremely communicative and most importantly, made me completely trust the entire process. Could not have been in better hands! More

Nick patiently and energetically spent a whole afternoon with me test driving many cars until I landed on the perfect one for me. I recommend a Nick McGovern for anybody looking to buy a car -- working with Nick was like bringing a good friend with me "along for the ride" because I had a great sounding board to support me when I had questions or concerns. There was no pressure whatsoever. Justin Hagen did an awesome job taking me through one of the fastest auto financing experiences ever -- which I appreciate efficiency as a busy professional -- without compromising the level of detail that was necessary for me to feel good about my purchase.
