My name is Justin Grant and this is my first job in the automobile indusrty. I was lucky to land a job at Subaru of Wakefield where the customer satisfaction takes a presidente over everything else. I have been with them now for 5 years and I am a proud owner of a Subaru Impreza that I purchased at Subaru of Wakefield before I started working there. I treat my customers the way I wanted to be treated when I was on the buying end of things. When you ask for me you will get nothing but a honest and straight forward offer.

Justin was extremely friendly and curtious. I did not feel presured into buying a car but instead guided towards a car that was right for me. Found this dealer after I had a deposit for a BRZ at my local dealer for 3 months with no information on price or expected delivery even though others were taking delivery through out the US. I worked with Justin Grant to obtain my new Subaru Impreza- and I cannot say enough good things about him and the entire staff at Subaru of Wakefield. I had first gone to Cityside Subaru in Belmont, a Impreza- and I cannot say enough good things about him and the entire staff at Subaru of Wakefield. I had first gone to Cityside Subaru in Belmont, and had the worst car experience to date. I walked into the Cityside dealership, was not greeted or even acknowledged until I approached one of the managers. I met with some joke of a sales person, who looked to be about 18 years old. He had no idea what he was doing, was unfriendly and seemed as if I was wasting his time. I was ready to buy that day, and asked to speak to his manager. His manager “didn’t have time” to speak with me. That’s when I walked out, and went to the next dealership- Subaru of Wakefield. As soon as I walked in the door I knew this was going to be the place I purchased my new car. I was greeted warmly and friendly buy a few of the sales guys, and not in a typical cheesy sales approach. I worked with Justin and he took the time to get to know me, get to know what I was looking for in a car, talk about some of the options that would best fit my needs and was generally a nice guy who was sincere and genuine. He was extremely patient with me during the entire process. When my car arrived and I went to pick it up, he sat with me and helped program the entire car (including the voice activation for phone calls, etc). He showed me every bell and whistle, and covered every feature in the entire car to make sure I understand what everything was for and what all the features did. He even gave me some of his CD’s to listen in my new car!! I would recommend the Wakefield dealership to everyone. They are truly a family run business and I enjoyed working with Justin and the rest of the finance and sales team. Thank you for making this car buying experience so great!!! More

We arrived at the dealership with the intention of just window shopping on Saturday April 28. the reason we ended up buying the car was because of Justin's patience, consideration, and great customer serv window shopping on Saturday April 28. the reason we ended up buying the car was because of Justin's patience, consideration, and great customer service. He was willing to take the time to walk us through all of the options, listen to our concerns, and demonstrated a willingness to negotiate with us on our terms. After the deal was done, he continued to provide great customer service providing us with a thorough walk through of the terms/conditions, as well as all of the options in our new car. Jon and Justin both had great attitudes and were super helpful. Justin was able to get me a great car at a price I was happy with.
