My wife and I were shopping for a car for her, and he reviewed multiple options with us in detail and helped us test drive several models to meet her needs. He was easy to work with with a no pressure, honest, and down to earth style. His follow up was excellent with phone calls and emails, answering all our questions, but was not pushy. My wife commented several times how she had a good buying experience. Highly recommended. Approachable, he also knew his products well -- I count myself a car enthusiast, and he was able to speak my language. Sean is a true enthusiast's SA. Would work with him again. More

Nice Salesman Justin was great to work with. He was patient with all of my questions and multiple visits. I did not get the BMW SUV as I liked a competitor's feat Justin was great to work with. He was patient with all of my questions and multiple visits. I did not get the BMW SUV as I liked a competitor's features better. I felt that the management did not take me seriously with the numbers I had from competitors. They moved the numbers, but not to a realist level. More

Excellent! I don't live in Ann Arbor, so I did the transaction for the car I wanted to purchase via email and phone with Justin Fagan. I have purchased BMWs from various dealerships in the region before and was always quite happy with sales and service. Justin worked with me on closing the deal and was knowledgeable, courteous and responsive. Other dealerships I was working with at the same time were not quite as cooperative as BMW of Ann Arbor. Excellent! Brendan Byrne - the business manager - was also a pleasure to work with when we picked up the car. Great experience. Follow up AFTER the purchase is not something you see often. That made a big difference also rating BMW of Ann Arbor five stars! More
