I give it 5 stars just because I hope it gives me a better chance of winning the 100 dollar gift card. I purchased a car for someone other than myself, otherwise I may have cancelled the whole deal af better chance of winning the 100 dollar gift card. I purchased a car for someone other than myself, otherwise I may have cancelled the whole deal after finding out that you slapped on a $500 extra for Lo-Jack. I wasn't even ask if I wanted it This is how dealers end up with class action lawsuits against them, just sayin. The car already has security and tracking built in why would I want a duplicate service? Really low and disgusting. More

I arrived early for my appointment to sign for my new car. The salesman was with another client for an hour while I waited...despite him having requested my early appointment. He easily could have initi car. The salesman was with another client for an hour while I waited...despite him having requested my early appointment. He easily could have initiated some of the paperwork with me and returned to the other client but instead, I ended up at the dealership until 8:30 (almost 5 hours)! On top of that, he gave me the wrong information regarding payment options, so there were some surprises when we finally talked purchase. Very poor salesmanship. I would not recommend. BUT, I do love my new Subaru. More
