I purchased my 2018 Jeep Wrangler in December, 2022 and have nothing but problems. I’ve contacted the dealership on a monthly basis and no one ever calls me back. When I brought the vehicle at my local dealership in it had over 80 error codes, however the electrical issue cannot be resolved. The platinum warranty that was sold doesn’t cover any of the work because they cannot diagnose the issue. The last conversation I had with the customer service representative was terrible and she apologized for my “feelings” regarding the vehicle situation. I told her my vehicle situation was based on facts and I was contacting the BBB. Do NOT buy from this dealership they are the worst! More

This was my first time buying a Jeep at this dealership! All I can say is that I had an amazing experience and I am thrilled with the entire process. The entire process was smooth and at no point was I pressured to purchase a vehicle. The dealership is clean and has a friendly environment. Not that great was trying to buy car online , but insisted I come in person . I have bought cars on line welcome to the 21st Century, Their response, we don't sell cars to online. SO i bought my car elsewhere. THEIR MOTO Lets get you in the door. and trap you. But not on the phone. HA HA More

This brand new car had an extreme amount of dirt under the detailer plastic, water marks on the interior it doesn't make any sense....This is your typical bait and switch dealer with absolutely not a flinch from the sales team! Stay FAR AWAY! I did not work with any of the team required to be listed . More

After reading the prior reviews on this dealership my review I am sure is not going to come as a surprise. Was interested in a vehicle they had for sale advertised at $43k (this was the advertised pr review I am sure is not going to come as a surprise. Was interested in a vehicle they had for sale advertised at $43k (this was the advertised price for two weeks while I was car shopping), spoke with there sales team to schedule an appointment and purchase the vehicle the following day. To my surprise the next morning the price had been increased to $47k, upon arriving they assured me they would never do that and refused to acknowledge they had changed the price. This is by fare the worst example of ethics and integrity I have experienced when buying a car. More

Tried purchasing a Ram 2500 from Gb and then Justin.  It took 16 emails with Gb to figure out he may have never sold a car before.  They still did not have any other numbers ready.  Then I dealt with the "m took 16 emails with Gb to figure out he may have never sold a car before.  They still did not have any other numbers ready.  Then I dealt with the "manager" Justin.  Well he's not really the manager because his excuse was he was waiting on the manager.  Still took 24 emails of excuses.  Still no prices.  They claimed they take care of customers at their location first.  I get that.  But I had been trying for 5 days to just get prices/payments.  In the amount of time they wasted responding to my emails they could have talked to the manager.  They had my information.  Gave them down payment info/terms I wanted and credit score.  They wanted me to fill out a finance app to get a price.  I Would have purchased the truck that weekend had they given me clear information.   Even tried calling multiple times with no calls returned.  I feel I worked harder on this potential sale then their failed attempt.  Then on day 6 I get a message that the truck is sold.  Odd part is they had 4 on day 1.  My advice is this.  It's 2020.  Not every person wants the stereotypical car buying experience.  I have bought my last 4 vehicles online.  Once terms are decent I will come in and check out the vehicle and buy it.  Instead they prefer to be the butt of every used car  salesperson joke.  The general manager must be just as bad if this is all allowed to go on under his watch.   Be very leary.  Lots of bad reviews of shady deals. More

We found a car we were interested in purchasing if upfront. We live about an hour away, was recommended to this place. We were told the price was firm and we were thrown out of their store. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Called again today twice and the first person said they could get the price down and then another person said that we're asking for is fair but they can't do it. The car had two dents and multiple scratches. And the stereo didn't work too. Keep in mind I'm 18 years old looking to buy my first car for a high price and was offering to pay the original price including tax title and license and was still denied. Horrible service and communication, no one ever go here. I definitely do not recommend. They lie to get you to come in and persuade you to buy you a car for an asking price that isn't reasonable. Don't come here unless you want a snotty dealership to try to take all your money. They've called me a liar are completely ignorant to negotiation. Also trying to get us to spend over 9k during a pandemic where many people have a hard time with money! HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP More

Too Bad a Negative-Star Rating is not an Option To say my experience was underwhelming would be an understatement. My daughter and I made an appointment and drove 2.5 hours to look at a Jeep Renega To say my experience was underwhelming would be an understatement. My daughter and I made an appointment and drove 2.5 hours to look at a Jeep Renegade Trailhawk. Upon initial inspection, it was clear that the previous owner was a heavy smoker. The interior of the vehicle reeked of cigarette smoke; a significant fact omitted on the dealership’s website. Also, the interior of the windshield had a smoky film in which someone drew a xxxxx and testicles, an unmistakable detail clearly ignored by the person who drove the vehicle from its location on the lot of the dealership to the curb for our inspection. The stench emanating from the interior of the vehicle was so repugnant, we did not test-drive the vehicle. Then, matters got progressively worse. A representative from the dealership reached out to me and made promises that were not fulfilled. In correspondence, I left seven voicemails and messages to five different people, none of which returned my calls. Conversations with dealership representatives gave manifest indications that I was lied to on multiple occasions by multiple people, perhaps to dissuade us from returning to the dealership and discovering the truth. My initial inclination was to write a detailed online review, but out of respect for Mr. Ed Napleton as the principal owner and caretaker of the dealership that bears not only his name but that of his father and grandfather since 1931, I submitted a certified letter to his attention. What I received was a phone call from General Manager Andrew Ramus on 17 Apr 2020. When I gave him an assessment of my experience, Mr. Ramus feebly responded that they have a lot of young people working at the dealership. To accept Mr. Ramus' explanation would be to accept the notion that young people inherently tell untruths. I can overlook an occasional misstep, but to have seven messages not returned and be lied to repeatedly is a cultural phenomenon that cannot be laid at the feet of having young employees. More
