THE WORKS AND MORE I came in to take advantage of the special $49 THE WORKS I WAS NOTIFIED OF VIA EMAIL BY VINCE ROMANO.I SPOKE WITH STEVE McHENRY TO MAKE THE APPT. HE I came in to take advantage of the special $49 THE WORKS I WAS NOTIFIED OF VIA EMAIL BY VINCE ROMANO.I SPOKE WITH STEVE McHENRY TO MAKE THE APPT. HE ALSO SUGGESTED AN ADDITIVE TO KEEP MY OLD TRUCK GOING . I AGREEDED.I HAVE ALSO BEEN LEAKING OIL & Wanted to have drain plug tightened as that has been the cause of leak in the past.UNFORTUNATELY THE LEAKING WAS FOUND TO BE FROM MANY SOURCES.STEVE was honest in his assessment based on my plan on how long I planned on keeping the truck. I really appreciated that and was able to make a decision on the spot to just keep an eye on things for a year as I had just run into BRIAN HALL who sold me my Ford truck 3 yrs ago and I told him to expect me for another sale in a year.I HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT GOOD EXPERIENCES HERE AT WALKER FORD WITH ALLMENTIONED AND MOST RECENTLY WITH STEVE MCHENRY. Recently had my F350 for repair. As always, Walker Ford gave excellent service! Justin was incredibly knowledgeable. He knew what was needed and had my truck fixed same day! Top In my opinion In and out 100% professional any body who works there is happy to help you great experience plus the price is so much cheaper than New York but buy on In and out 100% professional any body who works there is happy to help you great experience plus the price is so much cheaper than New York but buy one oil changes the next is free the cost was 109 and here is 52.91 plus 40 point inspection and do the tiers that was more money so for me they are very good More

work with me and fixed the problem this problem was on my 2013 ford edge It was 1 month out of warranty.So they check with manufacture and fixed it no charge. Walker Ford Service is terrible The service station at this dealership is awful. I am first time buyer of Ford Escape and under warranty still and the 3 times already I have had to The service station at this dealership is awful. I am first time buyer of Ford Escape and under warranty still and the 3 times already I have had to get service has been very poor. Culminating today in showing up early for a 10 am appointment and THEY COMPLETELY FORGOT ABOUT MY VEHICLE . I waited four hours before they got to me. I had to ask for a manager because the service representative assigned to me was barely any help. Shop Foreman Justin Boczar was a waste of time and all he could offer me was his business card to call him for "better service" next time. WHAT? Awful service. More
