My experience at Mel Hamilton was very pleasant. Unlike most other dealerships, they were not pushy, listened to exactly what I wanted, and did not waste my time. Taking Care of Customers After the Sale I went into the Jiffy Lube near my work for a regular oil change when they informed me that a part on my had been recalled and needed to be replaced. I went into the Jiffy Lube near my work for a regular oil change when they informed me that a part on my had been recalled and needed to be replaced. I was shocked and doubtful and left without the repair. I called Justin who'd sold me my car earlier and even though it was his off day took my call and double checked to make sure I was indeed in a safe car. The Jiffy Lube had been infact trying to scam me into unnecessary repairs and I'm so thankful to have a reliable person like Justin to to help me be better protected from places like that. He even followed up a few months later just to make sure everything had been resolved and that me and the car were well. I love that I'm still being taken care of a year after the sale of my car, this is the best service one could hope for. More

Very satisfied Justin B was very helpful as we, my mom and I were looking for a car for my daughter. Justin listened to what we wanted and showed us three options bu Justin B was very helpful as we, my mom and I were looking for a car for my daughter. Justin listened to what we wanted and showed us three options but one had just sold. The second was a standard and the last one was offered for the right price and a deal was made. Justin called and texted me to see that everything was ok and weather my daughter like the car, but we didn’t give it to her until the 17th. Justin has been extra helpful and was very knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to work with him. More
