The car he found suits me better than expected. He knows how to find the right car for the person. Shane Wittmore helped me with the finances and accommodated the needs I wanted with the car. He provided details of other benefits just for knowledge too. Junko assistance with fast and great when I dropped my car service and kept me updated. She wasn't at her desk the next day at the time I came to pick up my car but Marlon quickly helped me immediately after assisting his customer. The people at the rental place were fantastic too. Why have a warranty I have had nothing but problems with my nav head unit in my truck. I took it in they couldn’t get it to mess up. They told me to drive with my phone n I have had nothing but problems with my nav head unit in my truck. I took it in they couldn’t get it to mess up. They told me to drive with my phone not connected and see if it happens again and if it does they would replace the head unit. I took it back they did not replace the head unit and told me to drive with my phone disconnected again. Five minutes after I leave the dealership it happens again. The service writer wouldn’t call me back. They still haven’t fixed my tuck they just keep telling me to drive with my phone disconnected. Great customer service. More
