My vehicle was pick up at 10 am and returned all fix at about 12:20 noon.I love this I didn't have to wait in the waiting room. I bought my vehicle from them but won't buy another because of service department. Besides the normal dealership excuses "we can't duplicate it or that's within the normal sound" try calling and gettin because of service department. Besides the normal dealership excuses "we can't duplicate it or that's within the normal sound" try calling and getting a person to pickup the phone. Leave a message and no one calls back. Use their online appointment and is freezes on the calendar date selection. Finally get a person and have them tell you " oh its a transmission issue? we can't get you in until Jan.? Called another dealership and then had me in the next Monday. Not just one incident, I'm not usually over critical, but I am not exaggerating. You will see and be disappointed. More

Dropped my truck off Monday evening. Wednesday morning I checked in on my truck ,and I find it sitting in front of one of there employees houses for over twenty minutes. So they let there employees take customer vehicles home when they are in possession of your vehicle. Not a dealer ship I want to be affiliated with anymore. More
