I bought my truck 3 days before bring it back for repairs. I drove from Newport to Seekonk back to the dealership. The truck needed the right directional and a clunking feeling in the steering wheel repairs. I drove from Newport to Seekonk back to the dealership. George the service manager says the right directional needs a light bulb and I would have to come back because they didn't have this simple bulb in stock. He also said they could not find the cause of the clunking feeling in the steering wheel. I took the truck to another repair shop and they replaced the bulb and determined the steering shaft needed to be replaced. I had asked the salesmen to repair these items before buying the truck and they never did. The finance guy told me he could only get me a auto loan for 8.5% interest with my 743 credit score. I went to another bank and got approved for 6.24% interest. Tony the sales manager ask me if they could match it. I questioned why they didn't give me there best rate when I originally applied for the loan with them. The salesmen were also trying to sell me the truck with bald front tires. I brought the truck back and they told me they would charge me at there cost to replace the tires, but I ended up paying retail for the new tires and for the second My Key that was missing. I am Very Disappointed. I will never buy another truck from this dealership or have my vehicle serviced at this dealership. They have lived up to old stereo type of being "Used Car Salesmen". More

All my life I've always been in the mid 800's and now I'm no where close to that. I was in desperate need of a new truck and Rob got it done !! I am amazed at the effort by all involved not to mention the second chance at rebuilding my credit and extremely happy with the F250 powerstroke!! Love it ! Thank you guys so much ! I was looking to purchase a pre-owned vehicle and possibly do a trade-in with the vehicle I had owned. I test drove a couple jeep wranglers and it just wasn’t what i was looking for. Andy (sales man) possibly do a trade-in with the vehicle I had owned. I test drove a couple jeep wranglers and it just wasn’t what i was looking for. Andy (sales man) helped me out and reassured me that we could find something that I was going to love. I ended up test driving a 2019 Jeep grand Cherokee Upland edition and fell in love with the vehicle. All though I was coming all the way from Connecticut, and hit a couple bumps with the trade in, Robert (the finance manager) and Andy (sales man) both were very helpful with making sure I got the car I wanted. When it came down to financing my new vehicle, Robert was extremely helpful and was able to help me receive a very great deal on my very first car! He was very helpful with making sure that the vehicle was within my original budget. I was very pleased with the service and would definitely recommend this dealership!! More

I was offered a higher interest rate, once I got to financing, than I had been offered at the sales desk. It was only when I showed a photo of the original offer that Tony acknowledged his “mistake.” financing, than I had been offered at the sales desk.
